Getting around Yonkers is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Just wasted an hour to go here. The salad bar had maybe 1/4 of the dishes available and even less than that of the ice cream. The clerk was very slow. And, as usual, using the validation machine for the parking didn't work, but luckily, I know to take my receipt out to show the guard.

This is by far the worst Whole Foods I’ve ever shopped at. Every time I visit, the store feels disorganized and poorly maintained. The parking lot is often littered with garbage, and the inside of the store is just as messy. The produce frequently looks old or spoiled, the seafood often appears past its prime, and many shelves are either empty or missing basic items. The hot bar is especially disappointing—it regularly looks like the food has been sitting out for far too long, which makes me hesitant to eat anything from it because I’m genuinely concerned about getting sick. Checkout is another constant frustration. There are usually only two or three registers open, resulting in long lines and an unnecessarily slow shopping experience. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather drive an extra 15–20 minutes to the Whole Foods in White Plains—or even all the way to Stamford, Connecticut—just to shop at a cleaner, better-stocked, and better-managed store. Most of the time I end up shopping at DeCicco & Sons or Balducci’s instead. It’s really disappointing because this Whole Foods is close to my home, and I expect much better from the brand. I genuinely wish this location would impro

This is a good and very organized location for WH. Never too crowded. And great deal on the California organic garlic 🧄 Get it people before they figure out the real price 💰

David at Customer Service really stood out during my visit. While I was waiting in line, I watched him handle multiple situations with patience, professionalism, and a genuine customer-first attitude. He went out of his way to help a customer locate an item, even checking with the team and finding out when it would be back in stock—without being asked. He also kept things moving efficiently with another customer who had several items, all while staying friendly and composed. What impressed me most was when another customer asked to check out with more items than the limit. Instead of turning them away, David made the call to help them anyway to avoid sending them back into a long line. That kind of flexibility and care really shows he prioritizes the customer experience. As someone with a retail background, I really appreciate that level of service. Employees like David can easily go unnoticed, but he truly deserves recognition. Great job! 👏
